Although much of his career has been spent in large, international organisations, his outlook has always been shaped by smaller ones.

Having grown up around small businesses, with a father who built and scaled several SMEs, Deane has seen firsthand what it takes to create and sustain a company. That experience keeps him close to the mindset of owners and teams who balance ambition with the day-to-day realities of running a small business.
